By accessing and using PoseOverlay ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Description of Service

PoseOverlay is a free, browser-based tool that provides real-time pose overlay guides on your device's camera to help you take better photos. The Service runs entirely in your web browser and does not require account creation or software installation.

Use of Service

You may use PoseOverlay for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree to use the Service responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws. You may not:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
• Use the Service to create competing products or services
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's operation
• Use automated systems to access the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable use

Camera and Photo Permissions

PoseOverlay requests access to your device's camera to provide its core functionality. This access is granted through your browser's standard permission system and can be revoked at any time through your browser settings. All camera processing occurs locally on your device.

Intellectual Property

The PoseOverlay name, logo, pose library, interface design, and all associated content are the intellectual property of PoseOverlay. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

Photos you capture using PoseOverlay are yours. We claim no ownership over images you create.

Disclaimer of Warranties

PoseOverlay is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all devices and browsers.

Pose guides are suggestions for photography purposes only. Users should exercise personal judgment and caution when attempting any pose, particularly those rated as "Hard" difficulty. PoseOverlay is not responsible for any physical injury resulting from attempting poses.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PoseOverlay and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
